Shipping

We deliver within Australia only for now. Every order is tracked. Because pieces are printed to order, allow 2 to 7 business days of printing before your parcel is dispatched; the delivery times below include that. This page forms part of our terms of sale.

Printed in Australia

Organic cotton blanks sewn overseas, printed to order in Brisbane and posted within Australia. Shortest trip, fastest delivery.

  • Printer: The Print Bar, Brisbane, Australia.
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 business days including printing.
  • Shipping: $9.95 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item from the same printer.

Printed in Europe

Certified organic and recycled blanks sewn in Bangladesh, printed to order in Europe, then shipped to you. Longer trip, and we say so.

  • Printer: Shirt Monkey, Winsford, United Kingdom.
  • Delivery: 12 to 25 business days including printing.
  • Shipping: $24.95 for the first item, $9.95 for each additional item from the same printer.

Orders of $150.00 or more ship free.

Shipping charges are in Australian dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. No GST is charged on shipping or on the pieces; Thirsti Pty Ltd is not registered for GST.

Tracking and delivery

We email your tracking number the moment the printer dispatches the parcel. If your bag mixes both ranges it arrives as two parcels, each tracked separately. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; if an order is running well outside them, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it with the printer and the carrier.

The parcel is delivered to the address you gave at checkout, and responsibility for it passes to you on delivery. Please check the address before you pay. We cannot recover a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will help you chase it. A parcel that is lost in transit or arrives damaged is our problem, not yours: tell us and we reprint or refund it under the returns policy.

Your contact details

The carrier asks for an email address and a mobile number so it can send delivery updates. We collect both at checkout, pass them to the printer with your address, and use them for nothing else. See the privacy policy for the full list of who receives your details.
