30-Day Returns
Not the right fit? No worries. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How It Works
Start Your Return
Email returns@by2050.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack items securely in any suitable box or mailer. Attach the return label and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Swimwear is only returnable with hygiene sticker intact
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Items purchased over 30 days ago are not eligible for return
Damaged or Faulty Items
Received something damaged or faulty? We're sorry about that. Please email support@by2050.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
